The agreement that covers our apps. Marketplace billing, refunds, and cancellation follow each marketplace's own terms.

License. Subject to this agreement, we grant your organization a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Page Review Reminders ("the App") on the Atlassian Cloud sites where it is installed, for the term of your subscription purchased through Atlassian Marketplace.
Marketplace terms. The App is sold through Atlassian Marketplace. Pricing, billing, free trials, refunds, and cancellation are governed by the Atlassian Marketplace Terms of Use. Atlassian collects payment on our behalf.
Free tier. Sites with 10 or fewer users may use the App at no charge under Atlassian's standard free-tier policy.
Acceptable use. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or use the App to violate Atlassian's terms or applicable law.
Data. Our handling of your data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of this agreement.
Support. We provide support by email at support@zconsultingsolutions.com and aim to respond within two business days.
Availability. The App runs on Atlassian Forge infrastructure. We do not control Atlassian's uptime and make no availability guarantee beyond Atlassian's own.
Warranty and liability. The App is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months before the claim.
Termination. The license ends when your subscription ends or the App is uninstalled. Sections 8 and 10 survive.
Governing law. New Jersey, USA.
Changes. We may update this agreement; material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
