When the tenant is live and does not do what the contract said. We audit what was built, write down what should have been, and rebuild in place without a second go-live.

Carve-outs, consolidations, and tenant-to-tenant moves. The data work that lets one company become two, or two become one, with payroll running on schedule either side of the cut.

How an engagement runs

1. A conversation, not a sales call. Thirty minutes on what is actually wrong. If we are not the right fit, we say so and suggest who is.
2. Written scope. A fixed quote where the work is known, time and materials where it is not, and a plain list of what is out of scope.
3. One practitioner, start to finish. The person in discovery is the person in the tenant. Decisions made in week three are remembered in month six.
4. Documentation as a deliverable. Every integration, conversion, and configuration change leaves with a document your team can maintain.
5. The quarter after. Go-live is not the end. We stay through the first payroll, the first close, and the first release.
