The story, in order

The first decade was implementations: standing up Workday tenants for healthcare systems, manufacturers, and retailers across HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, Security, Reporting, and Prism. Along the way the work that other people did not want turned into a specialty: data conversion, the re-implementation of tenants a first partner had left half-finished, and the tenant-to-tenant divestitures where one company becomes two over a single weekend and payroll still has to run on Monday.

Every one of those engagements produced the same artifacts by hand. A sheet to watch the integrations. A list of who owned which document. A script bank to test what the last partner never tested. After the third or fourth time rebuilding the same thing for a new client, the obvious question was why none of it existed as software.

In 2026 the platforms answered it for us. Shopify retired its inventory app. Atlassian made its marketplace free for small developers to build on. Workday opened its developer program to the public for the first time. The gaps we had been papering over by hand became products we could ship.

How we work

One practitioner, one point of contact. The person in the discovery call is the person in the tenant. The person who answers a support email wrote the code.

Small by design. We take fewer engagements and ship fewer products so that each one is done properly. Growth comes from the products compounding, not from headcount.

Honest scoping. A fixed quote where the work is known, time and materials where it is not, and a written note when we think you are about to pay for something you do not need.

What we are not

We are not a staffing firm, a reseller, or an implementation partner of record. We do not take engagements that would conflict with a product customer, and we do not use client data to build products.
