How our apps handle data. Short version: they run inside the platform you already use, store the minimum, and share nothing.

Page Review Reminders lets Confluence Cloud teams assign an owner and a review cadence to pages, shows review status under the page title, posts reminder comments, and gives admins a queue of pages due for review.
The app is built on Atlassian Forge and runs entirely on Atlassian-hosted infrastructure ("Runs on Atlassian"). No data leaves the Atlassian platform. We operate no external servers and make no outbound calls to third parties.
Stored in Forge app storage, scoped to your Confluence site:
We do not store page content, user names, email addresses, or any data from pages that are not explicitly tracked by a user.
With the scopes you approve at install, the app reads page titles and space IDs, reads user display names to show the owner's name, and writes footer comments on tracked pages when a reminder is due.
Data for a page is deleted when a user clicks "Stop tracking." All app data is deleted when the app is uninstalled from your site.
We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to anyone. Atlassian's own data handling is governed by the Atlassian Cloud Terms of Service.
Forge enforces app isolation, encrypted storage, and permission scopes. Only users with Confluence admin rights can change app settings.
