Fifteen years in the engine room.

Most clients do not call when things are going well. They call when the implementation partner has left, the tenant does not do what the contract said, and payroll is Friday.

I have spent fifteen years inside Workday tenants: implementations, Studio integrations, multi-country payroll interfaces, and the kind of tenant-to-tenant divestiture where a company becomes two companies over a single weekend. Eight Workday Pro certifications and a PMP say I know the platform. The products on this site say what I kept having to build by hand.

Z Consulting Solutions is small on purpose. When you buy a product, you are dealing with the person who wrote it. When you hire the practice, the person in the discovery call is the person configuring your tenant.
