Getting started

  1. Install from Atlassian Marketplace.
  2. Open any page. Under the title, click Page review status → Assign owner.
  3. Pick the owner and a cadence (30 / 60 / 90 / 180 / 365 days). Save.
  4. Admins: open Apps → Page Reviews for the site-wide queue and settings.

How reminders work

Once a day the app scans every tracked page. Pages overdue or due within the reminder window (default 7 days) get a footer comment that @mentions the owner, which triggers a normal Confluence notification. Repeat reminders wait for the cooldown (default 7 days). Turn comments off in Settings if you only want the status badge.

FAQ

Does it work on Confluence Standard? Yes. No Premium features are required.

Can I set a cadence for a whole space? Not yet; it's on the roadmap (v1.1). Today each page is tracked individually.

Who can assign owners? Anyone who can view the page. Only Confluence admins can change app settings.

Where is my data? Inside Atlassian's infrastructure, in Forge app storage. See the Privacy Policy.

What happens when I uninstall? All tracking data is deleted.
